At Clean with A Smile , we value your time and ours. To provide consistent, reliable service to all clients, the following policies are in place for all appointments.

Booking Policy

To secure your cleaning appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your final balance on the day of service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations or rescheduling policy

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment..

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Appointments canceled before the 24-hour window may transfer deposit to new date one time.

This ensures fairness to all clients and helps us maintain a. consistent schedule.

Service Pricing

All services are priced based on:

  • Size of home or commercial space

  • Condition of the space

  • Type of cleaning requested

  • Additional services or special areas ex. Interior cleaning of appliances etc

Quotes are provided prior to service. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition or size of home varies from the description given.

your satisfaction matters. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to make it right.
